How to Use

How to achieve Bold, Smudgeable Smoky Eyes with Smoky Kohl Eyeliner1. Apply: along upper lash line (thicker at outer third) and tightline the upper waterline for instant depth using the Smoky Kohl Eyeliner.2. Smudge & Build: Immediately smudge the liner upward with the Smudge 'N Smoke Eyeliner Brush. Add a second layer at the outer corner and blend for a soft gradient.3. Set & Finish: Press a matching matte eyeshadow over eyeliner to lock it in (optional). Lightly line and smudge the lower lash line, then finish with mascara.
